Solar Home System Introduction :

Function

1.DC Switch: Turn on the switch, front digital display can show DC voltage, and output DC12V and USB DC 5V, Noted: this DC switch is for DC output only.
2.USB Output: 2A/5V, for mobile devices charging.
3.Charging LED display: this LED indicator shows solar panel charging, it’s on, means it’s charging from solar panel.
4.Digital Display: show battery voltage, you can know the battery voltage percentage, loop display to show AC voltage, and AC load wattage as well;
5.AC switch: To power on/off AC output. Please turn off the AC switch when you do not use it, to decrease its power consumption.
6.Battery LED Indicators: Shows Battery electricity percent of 25%, 50%, 75%,100%.
7.Solar Input Port: Plug solar panel cable connector to Solar Input Port, The Charging LED will be” ON” when connected correct, it will be off at night or not charging from solar panel. Noted: Do not be short circuit or reverse connection.
8.Battery Breaker: this is for working safety of internal system equipment, please switch on when using the equipment, otherwise the system will not work.
Installation & Precautions
1. Installation of system: connect the solar panel cable to corresponding terminal, then put the solar panel in the position with sunshine, put the all in one power box indoor.
2. Charging use: put the solar panel in the position with sunshine, connect the plug into Solar In Port, the Charging LED will be on at that time, that means it is in charging from solar panel. It is better to connect solar panel in long term if possible, do not need to disconnect from solar panel.)
3. Loads use: the solar generator can use DC and AC load, it is off grid solar system.
A). DC load use: turn on the switch of “DC Switch”, the LED indicators will be on, advised 12V DC load power for less than 30W in total. When low battery, the output will be off, please charger inside battery timely(Noted: turn off DC switch when you are not used it).
B). AC loads use: turn on AC switch, Digital display will show your volt, that means it has AC output, then you can connect AC load. (Noted: Turn it off if you do not use AC power).
C). USB use: Output 5V2A can charge for most of mobile devices.
4.Noted: For you property safety, should use it correctly and extend the using life, please comply with the following points:
A). Put the machine in safe place. Prevent from sun-scorched and rain-drenched.
B). Do not change inner system equipment or add solar panel power and battery quantity by non-professionals, the company will not responsible for if man-made damage.
C). Do not use for a long time in overload status, each DC interface should less than 2A.
D). Please turn off DC and AC switch when not used.
E). Please check and clean the dust and sundries in the solar panel, ensure the solar panel can receive power normally.
F). Please full charge battery and let the battery breaker off from back of power box if you do not use it long term, at least charge it in every 2 months.
Malfunction Diagnosis and troubleshooting
1.Solar panel charging LED is not ON?
Check the solar panel is connected well, do not be open circuit or reverse connection. (Noted: when charge from solar panel, the indicator will be on, ensure solar panel is under sunshine without shadow).
2.Solar charge is low efficient?
Check the solar panel if there is sundries cover the sunshine or the connect cable aging; the solar panel should clean termly.
3. No AC output?
Check the battery power if it is enough or not, if lack of power, then the digital display showed under 11V, please charge it asap. Overload or short circuit will be no output.
