2、Installation, storage instructions
(1)
Off packet inspection
1.1 open the packaging of the equipment, please check the product parts, including: a mainframe, the use of a manual.
1.2 check whether the equipment is damaged in transit, such as damage or missing parts, do not boot, inform the carrier and dealer.
(2)Installation, storage precautions
2.1 Installation equipment should be operated by professionals, or assisted by local distributors.
2.2 Transport equipment, the need to take appropriate protective measures; equipment from low temperature to high temperature environment, may appear drops, before using, need to be completely dry, to ensure safety.
2.3 Don't expose the device in the wet, inflammable, explosive or a lot of dust accumulation in the bad environment; do not cover and block the vents, 10cm above the air circulation space reserved for peripheral equipment; in order to have good heat dissipation;
2.4 When the equipment is not in use,it should close all switches;

2.1 LCD display and function key operation interface, can display the working status of the equipment, such as: Input / output voltage, frequency, mains mode, the inverter mode, battery capacity, charge current, charge the total load capacity, warning tips;
Electric generator connection announcements:
If connect electric generator, it needs operating as below:
1, Start up electric generator and after it running stable, make electric generator output power supply be connected into the equipment input terminal, then make sure the equipment output is no-load, then start up the equipment.
2,After the equipment starting, then connect load one by one
3,We suggest electric generator capacity should be 2~3 times of this equipment
Description of wiring procedure
(1)Solar Panel Connection Instructions
1.1 Connect the solar panels in rated power with suitable wires. When the solar panels are under the sunhine, the voltage of the two sides of solar panels should be 1.5 to 1.7 times compared to the rated voltage.
1.2 When connect the solar panels to “⑪-- Solar input port” in the back board of the device, don’t connect the polarity in a wrong way, or it will destroy the device.
(2)AC charge connection instruction
Input AC current to backboard “⑦-- AC Input termianl” input sockets. Please ensure the input AC voltage should be the input AC voltage range of the device in case of anyt destruction.
(3)“⑤--12VDC Output”、“④--5VDC Output” Connection introduction
3.1 Confirm DC load working current can’t exceed the equipment rated current, the two “⑤--12VDC Output” DC terminal port on the front panel foreign respectively with 12 VDC, 1 amp current, two "④--5 VDC Output" dc port foreign respectively provide 5 VDC, 1 amp of current;
3.2 When access dc load, note its polarity can’t be wrong, it is strictly prohibited the dc port output wiring short circuit, so as not to damage the equipment;
(4)External battery access instructions note
Note: the machine is with built-in battery, if it needs external battery , please operate as following steps:
4.1 Use external battery with suitable diameter wire connection, then test with voltmeter the ends of the battery voltage is about rated voltage of equipment;
4.2 put out Battery anode connections on a proper circuit breaker series, "(5) Connect in series a suitable breaker to external battery pack anode, then access to equipment “⑨-- Battery input port” termianl pay attention to in the process of the Battery access its polarity cannot be mistake, so as not to damage to the equipment, see" system connection diagram"
Check the voltage and polarity of the solar module and the battery pack which are connected to the equipment
Power ON/RUN
1.1 Battery starting:
Set “①-- Battery switch” of the back board in device to be closed status, long press “Open/close” button of the front solar panel for 2ms,when buzzer beep 1 time, loose it, if the indicator “Battery”/ “INV” of the front solar panel and LCD display lights, that means the device has been in invert status, then will automatically start to work in invert output status.
1.2 Mains Input Power-on
Set the “①-- Battery switch” of the back solar panels to be closed status to input mains power. When “LCD display” and indicator “LINE” light, that means the device has been started to work automatically.
(2) Mains Power Charging Start up
Follow the 6.1.2 step, set the “①-- Battery switch” of the back board to be closed status, mains power bypass output and charge the battery. Note: If the device is in the battery preferred mode, the mains power will not charge for the battery.
(3) Solar Panels Charging Start up
Follow the step 6.1.1 or 6.1.2.When following the step 6.1.2, set the “①-- Battery switch” of the side board to be closed status. When the indicator “Battery” lights, then set the breaker “⑩-- Solar switch” of the side board to be closed status. When the solar panels exposed in the sunshine, the indicator “Solar” of the front board lights, at the meantime the internal controller has been in the charging status, and the solar panels charge the battery through the internal controller.
