Inverter Classification
1. According to the number of phases of the inverter outputting AC power, it can be divided into single-phase inverter, three-phase inverter and multi-phase inverter.
2. According to the different operating frequencies of the inverter conversion circuit, it can be divided into industrial frequency inverter and high frequency inverter.
3. According to the different inverter circuit principles, it can be divided into square wave inverter, step wave inverter and sine wave inverter.
4. According to the different main circuit structures of the inverter, it can be divided into single-ended structure, half-bridge inverter structure, full-bridge inverter structure, push-pull inverter structure, multi-level inverter structure, forward inverter structure and flyback inverter structure.
5. According to the output power of the inverter, it can be divided into small power inverter (<5KW), medium power inverter (5~50KW), high power inverter (>50KW)
6. According to the different isolation methods of the inverter, it can be divided into methods with lower frequency isolation transformer, methods with high frequency isolation transformer and methods without isolation transformer.
7. In the solar photovoltaic power generation system, inverters can be divided into off-grid type and on-grid type.
8. Among on grid inverters, they can be divided into centralized grid-connected inverters, string grid-connected inverters, distributed grid-connected inverters, micro (module-type) grid-connected inverters and bidirectional inverters, etc., according to the different access methods of photovoltaic cell modules or arrays.
